Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh
  • Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, and full address
  • Orders may be canceled if we are unable to confirm via phone

📦 Important:
If a customer refuses to receive the order at delivery, we reserve the right to block future orders from that customer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time usually takes 2–5 business days depending on location
  • Delivery delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Courier issues
    • Public holidays

Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout or confirmed during order verification.

Return & Refund Policy

  • We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used or damaged items (by customer)
  • Personal care items
  • Discounted/sale items
  • Customers must request a return within 3 days via WhatsApp or email
  • After approval, our team will arrange pickup

💸 Refunds:

  • Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection
  • Sent via original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Bank, etc.)
